Joined Accenture as a fresher for PADA (Packaged App Development Associate) role in July this year. Level 12. Will complete stream training and go on bench next month. Please explain the scenario when we're at bench. How easily / early do we get projects? How difficult is the process? Will it be fine? Should I be worried?

You will get calls from managers. If you cant get a project after sometime they will auto lock you in some project which may or maybot be related to your stream training.

I got my first project after 8 months on the bench period. There is no particular time for getting any project, it can be as early as 1 week and as far as 1- 1.5 years. It all depends on the demand.
I joined last year and started getting projects calls during my training but those were from support projects so I rejected them but after rejecting twice they hardlocked me to a support project without considering my choice
