Newly joined in tcs

I was joined January 8th till now No ID card was received. Photo uploaded and approved by supervisor also, So how could I maintain attendance? Can we get exemption till we receive the ID card?

Talk to your HR. You must be manually registering your entry while entering office? If that record is not reflected in 2Office then you need to talk to HR, manager about it
