New WFH process is like buying prepaid minutes and then using it as recharge. You have to apply for extra WFH days in the form. It requires 2 approvers. Manager and DM.

Once approved you can use these days to apply WFH just as you would use those prepaid minutes to talk.

I dont see anything as such yet....it gets submitted after a warning that I have exhausted maximum wfh balance for this month. Is this update UNIT specific?!!!
