Effective from 1-Feb-2024, TCS have moved to grade based salary for all Europe WP Visa Due to this changes, Salary criteria Eligibility is no longer required.

Good News, TCS want to bring back higher grade people who are not Technical sounds good and want to prompt lower grade associate who really deserve.
