Trending @Accenture; New team , noone replies

Hi , recently i have joined a new project and work is directly with client . As the work is totally new and I am not able to understand anything . I tried asking in team calls but got to know that in team people are from other company and only one is there as my POC and that too doesnt reply or answer my doubts . I have been told earlier to be vocal with any doubts but how will i progress in my work if I am not able to understand anything . I cannot even escalate because I am scared too that if i went to manager he will let her know regarding my complaint and at the end i still have to work with her only . Also manager and that person are working together since very long time so i cannot trust my manager too . But I am soo stresses how will i manage work here

If they're not replying in chats, send emails. Clearly flag the issues you are facing and the help you need. It's normal to be new to a technology or project structure, but we can learn with help and support. Send mail, with a normal tone, not complaining tone and flag this. Written documentation helps in case of escalations. And timely flagging the roadblocks is a must. I hope you get the help you need.

Don't worry too much and tell this to whoever you can I also faced same. My team didn't even contact me for 2 months after onboarding the project and TL didn't reply to me. I asked my manager then and on the same day I received KT call link. No one took any grudges or any retaliation. Even if it happens you don't have other option.
