New Tcs Policies
So my question is with all the recent changes that are being made in the organisation and employees are pissed off and angry and such leads to impact in deliveries.
So is the company okay with the fact that project deliveries are getting impacted ?
Obviously if you don't care about the well being of your employees even the employees would start caring less about the work and which would lead to missing SLAs and project deliverables.
I hope management knows what they are doing and I hope they figure out a way to save this sinking boat.
Because it has started. Even the last bums are slowly leaving the organisation and any good resource would never join TCS in their right frame of mind and good technical resources are any way leaving or in notice period.
I hope the freshers and college passouts are alone capable of managing this organisation.

People once proudly said that they work in TCS and now people laugh when they hear we work for TCS. !

Yes but maybe supply of engineer is too much that there is always someone to replace anyone.

Lots of people in TCS who are not fit to work but we are preparing them anyway as they are allocated to our Project. They take their sweet time to learn (2 to 3 years) by the time they are experts , they simply ask for release or join other company. It's a circle
I don't blame new hires but the recruiter, the people who selects them
Again, lot of people on bench, increase the salary for people who are doing a lot, give them bonus, motivate them
One comment is true which i heard from others. When I said I am from TCS, the words they said took me by shock. It was definitely not good comments. So much not good vibes about TCS in the market. People are using tcs offer as Launch pad, but if other offer is there, then they are ditching tcs.
The only problem is the policies in this company and this is being followed rigorously. I am serving notice period and the reason for leaving is policies, no hike and qva. I joined as lateral thinking tcs as good company. No doubt, projects are good here, you will get to learn many things. But if you are treated as school student then obviously you are not student you will have to join better company then.
Ratan tata did not build TCS, Dorabji tata build it.
They are literally making this company a school.
Everyone is replaceable at some point in time
