New tax slab salary in tcs

So new tax slab is out and as per my calculations after this years appraisal I will be at 1375000 salary next year I have added medical insurance of 49610 rest all will be general deductions.

If there are some HR in the house or anyone knowledgeable enough please tell me should I force for a C band if I will have more in hand pay?

What is wrong with your people!! Taxes are temporary.. get more salary so you can get more next year and the years coming.. even if you get 13 LPA and pay tax of 1 L it is still 12LPa but you will get better hike next year or when you switch..
