Trending @Accenture; New RTO policies
Hi guys I am hearing my friends like many projects will be operated from Tier 1 cities and currently people who have the base location in Tier 2 cities will also be asked to visit the offices in Tier 1 cities to stay compliant with the RTO policy. Is that true? anyone has any information on this?
It's other way round , new hiring at Tier 2 cities are encouraged .
However each project has been asked to minimise location to 2-3 locations . So Tier1 locations will offcourse be first 2 choices.
Maybe this is also one of the reasons for doing this restructuring, Let's see.
But there is seating booking issues in tier-1 office locations. Its always full and if tier-2 ppl need to move to tier-1 how its gonna be managed from where these seats will come now ?
You're right but this information is circulated among many projects so we have to wait to hear anything officialy till Dec I guess
