New Policy Structure.?
Earlier, TCS’s bench policy was different, and the basic salary was intentionally kept lower so that employees on the bench received a minimal salary. However, with the recent policy changes, the basic salary will now need to be adjusted upwards. Is this correct? What are your thoughts?
Basic is already low for everyone compared tp industry standards. I don't think they will reduce any further. All the best if you think will rationalize. I can onlu think that the normal yearly hike is where revision happens. Nothing else. Especially in this kind of situations.

As I heard that , Now bench policy is 35 days which was changed in June 2025
Basic will remain unchanged irrespective of any policy updates. Basic should have major contribution of hike/ atleast promotion not QVA.
