New Policy Again?

Heard from someone that they have bought in a new policy that the RTO should be 100%. Is this true? Isn't maintaining 85% allowed anymore?

Dude.. 85% was never allowed.. 85% was a threshold below which the active penalty starts hence we assumed 85% was safe.

In reality we need to maintain 100%.

But maintaining 100% is always not possible and the exception depends on the manager, they won't allow leaves nor do they approve exceptions. We all are already screwed, this would just add on so much to the present situation.

Exactly, it's already linked to Variable pay, not sure if it's true or the manager tried to scare that guy :(
