New mom - Work Life
I was a developer but joined a support project to get exception and raise my kid. Now my kid turned 1.5 years and I almost forgot everything in development now. I dont have anyone to help with and now I was moved to bench as my project contract was over. I am seriously thinking all negative about the TCS bench policy and my current situation.
Is it all my mistakeðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ Though I am preparing for interviews I am so much confused about everything and fear about will I get any offers outside as I see RMG is not at all working efficiently to allocated projects to people. So I dont want to trust them. I dont know what to do.

No one trusts them..
Even fully prepared excellent technical resources are struggling( Literally I know few examples - But no termination yet)
Now coming to your point(or rather all our points). You have a genuine reason (motherhood is tough) while others sat long in their comfort zone or didn't even get good relevant opportunities.
So let's give our best. Be ready with a contingency plan. This stupid company shouldn't be allowed to control our lives anymore.

Don’t worry if you are preparing give some interviews also so that you know what is current market trend . This will boost your confidence for next upcoming interviews.
