New Macbook Pro M4 Display Issue (one week old)
i recently bought macbook from the reliance digital marathalli. After one week, in display left side i got flickering issue. i went to the apple authorised service centre. They are saying no software issue and its a faulty device. Told me to get replacement from reliance digital. They told they will give doa report also related to it. But reliance digital marathalli saying they can not replace when i connected with them on call. They saying 48hrs window. Please advice in this situation. i want to get it replaced. i felt like cheated. I bought it in full cash payment.
