New laptop requirements

When we will get mail from IS Team to get your laptop replaced with literally new one. The one I have has got warranty expired already

Thanks, I have already visited asset management team since my current asset has stopped working completely. They said they are giving new ones to only those who have received mails and thus will be handing me the old used one only😒
