New joiner's issue

I am a new joiner and haven't received my ID card yet, tried visiting TCS okaya office where the printing machine wasn't working then visited the PTI office where they wanted HR's email, but I haven't received any email tried emailing him but no response. The asset is allocated but not able to collect that without an ID card. What should I do?
