Trending @HCL; New Joiners in HClTech with E2.2 Band
Hi Everyone,
I joined HCLTech yesterday with an E2.2 band with 6 years of experience.
What are pros and cons and suggestions/recommendations you would like to give to new Joiners?
It's a Project hire and not for pool/bench.
Everything is con better run away immediately
Any specific reason? Everyone cry in their own company, still we switch thinking we will get a better thing in other company (but down the line, we know very well that it's same story in any organisation we go)
I did not cry in my previous org. I cry here alot. I will be back to previous org asap.. this is a micromanagement company and show off . Apart from technical work you do you need to always show case some documents what you did and those documents will be reviewed by managers and senior folks and present themselves to get better name but you will be still underated.

Anyone any other thoughts/recommendations apart from CTC discussion please? Like what is good here and what is bad here?
