I've recently joined TCS as an IT analyst grade C2 and allocated to the BT Group project. What are the possibilities of growth and learning?

You will not get project release when you are facing difficulties. But the growth and learning is excellent.

That is purely depends on your manager descision. If you have good bonding with or any closeness with senior manager you can grab the onsite
