New joiner to Accenture
Hi All, one month ago I have joined Accenture as package app development team lead but am having 3.6 years of experience in sap sd. Will Accenture fire employees if they do not get any project within 3 months? What is bench policy?

Bench policy is 45 days...regarding your Q related to 3 Month's it depends on the project you got hired...due to some demand they will proactively recruit candidates and keep reserved before the project sign off...it will usually take 2-3 months sometime and may extend 1 more month. But sometimes these case will be 45days...so be prepared to try upskill and be in touch with the manager and seek guidance from hr for alternate solutions if this is not working
