What is your ctc?

C3B - Means you don't rely on Quarterly variable. Treat it as some lottery. It may vary from 20% to 100% payout. Last quarter reached bottom of 20%. Not sure if it going down again next quarter.

Monthly will be paid 100% but QVB will be deducted almost 60-80%. For C3B its almost hell when it comes to QVB. If you have not joined yet discuss this with your HR SPOC and listen to their excuse. You will get the idea

you will get 10% of your monthly salary as bonus. quarterly bonus is not given separately. it is included in your CTC. don't expect more.
