New joiner EP
I have just joined TCS with almost 5 Yeo in dot net and got the offer of 14 CTC . I am just thinking is it good offer from TCS for my Yeo and domain. Previously I was working on 8 CTC.

If it is project specific offer, then it seems they don’t have any resource and project is in bad shape. Be ready to face the heat.

14 CTC for 5 years in dot net is solid. You doubled your previous salary. TCS isn't known for huge pay jumps, so you're ahead. Take it and grow from here.
