Hello All,
I am a developer and gave an interview for development. After Joining in HCL without knowing to me , I am assigned for production support and 24*7 roles. Not interested in this role.
May I know your best advice please.

If you just started now leave as soon as possible
Once you done with KT it's not possible
I am also working in Support Role joined hcl fresher but now i am stucked no guidance no support to enhance the skills

Project change is almost impossible unless the current project is over or the client releases you for any reason.
Leave as soon as possible and look for some dev projects.
