New job offer from Citrin Cooperman

I have a new offer in hand from Citrin Cooperman India LLP. They are offering me 15LPA for Senior Consultant role. They have a lower rating for job security compared to salary and work life balance in Glassdoor. Can anyone share some insights?

Also, currently I am employed at EY.
