New Job Findings

I am currently working in Tools team. Where we use multiple tools like Optibot, SupportSoft (Avolin), Lakeside Systrack to monitor end user experience by collecting data and deploying solutions (scripts) on end user machines through agents.

Is there any other Company using the same tools or kind of same end user monitoring tools in their organization?
