New in TCS, Need some help

  1. I was able to add my parents as a beneficiary but I am unable to add my wife to the beneficiary list even after marking her as independent.

I had the same issue, ensure you have provided all the details like date of marriage etc. check each field clearly on a laptop, not on phone. HR is useless, they won’t answer queries now and after 3 months will just say 3 months done can’t add beneficiaries now. All the best for your future
