Trending @Accenture; New id card permitted without even requesting

I have received an email stating a new request has been created on my behalf . My current id card I can access anywhere . What will happen if I dont collect a new one ? Due to some reasons sometimes I have to go to some other location for rto . What should I do . ? Please help
