New HR restrictions?
I have heard that now HR is sending the list of people who are just going to office for swipe in and Swipe out and asking their managers to take strict actions against them .Did anyone heard this news ? What are they upto ? Looks like they want to reduce the count by 80 percent.
I haven't heard about it. But sooner or later this was supposed to happen.
Also when you say they want to reduce 80% staff, practically not possible. They need people to work, they will get new projects. Also they can't keep office building empty. Not good for business
There are projects asking employees to stay in office mandate 5 hrs... We received emails for logging hours aswell... So tcs is surely tracking WFO and hours.
Everyone should just stop working when they reach office.

80% workforce reduction not possible by any means.These is only fear mongering.
I don't agree on that part where you mentioned they want people to work .People are whether at home or just going to office for swipe are already working that's why the project are running. Also i believe Empty building has no connection with business . Company needs to clarify on their vision and expectations they can't just blindly keep putting the list ls for any and everything.
Any idea on what kind of actions they can take? Will they give project release based on wfo non compliance? Any idea anyone?

Honestly i want to really know at which location is exactly swipe in and out happening.....?? For our project since the start of this year it was clearly communicated to be in office atleast for more than 3 hours.... Again this was notban official communication but something that was initiated at project level to maintain account level compliance for WFO policy....
Officially as per the last revised policy document (this is the same revised document which also had the policy for bench and being billable) , its 45 hrs a week which basically means 9 hrs/day for 5 days!
