Trending @HCL; New hr partner after transfer

After transfer hr partner is changed if I am not going to office can my previous hr partner can take action against me? He is project hr previous one but currently he as per portal is changed and now no more image is my hr partner. Can previous hr partner take any action against me for not coming to office?
