
New guidance for allocation for C3B and above for Retail (not aware of other BU)
C3B - SUB unit head or ISU head will speak before go ahead. So approval from them. C4 - the above two will speak to them and also take approval from 1 level below president (or two levels below CEO) C5 - the above three will speak to candidate and approval.
That is good thing I feel for visibility for C3B and above but expectation would also improve.

Kind of interview of skill , growth and his idea to make tcs great. Or to set expectation of the grade.

You mean "wonderful"...it is like " make TCS wonderful again ".. with only freshers and 2-3 exp running the project ...and CEO delivering the code made by chat GPT ... client toh pagal hain na ....

Right. They dont want to keep C4, C5 by making their life hell for allocation and juniors will see this and realize there is no point of asking for promotions and leave

Their main expectation is client deliverable + internal activities for c3b reducing C4 dependency. In the coming 12 months this exercise will go on. Once the markets are up & running TCS has to regret their past. Tcs should have done cautious hiring & spending from 2021. This would have saved.
