Interesting whenever there is a senior leader exit they will be a reorg in the name of customer expectation. Favourite strategy of every of the last few CEOs is reorg / transformation which they claim will show results after a year or two, securing their position till then. Be prepared for another reorg in about 18 to 24 months time, if revenue doesn't increase by then 🙂
