Very difficult to build such accurate analysis without serious breaches in individual privacy - Meta or Google level breaches.
How would you know the impact of a piece of content on an individual without mapping their historical reactions and interests to content? The same content can have a positive reaction by some individuals and a negative reaction by others.

We have anonymous profiles here, this would be private to each user and will help him to understand what he is consuming.
