They(stray dogs) should be neutered not killed. Plus pet dog "owners" should also be neutered, I am okay if they are euthanized also :)

Neutering will work if there are 10 dogs. Not when there are 1000. Pet dog owners atleast take their dogs into the house. These so-called animal lovers are the real headache. They go around feeding strays making them fat and strong.
