New Business - PayU vs. Razorpay or Something Else? (Payment Gateway Help!)
I'm launching a new SAAS business and I'm stuck on choosing the right online payment gateway. I've been looking at PayU and Razorpay, but I'm open to exploring other options too!
I'd recommend razorpay, then cashfree

I can't comment on how the customer service is today. In case of account being blocked, Razorpay is pretty responsive. I'd tried cashfree as well but razorpay is easier to integrate and start with. There's a significant difference in the levels of documentation
Focus on your product. Choose the one which get you started fastest, later on you’ll have to integrate with all of them for failovers and load balancing.
Razorpay, they want new clients do hardcore negotiations with them.
