Trending @Wipro; New App Found : Merit Salary Increase (MSI) under thedot
I was just about to check my financials and found a new app named Merit salary increase(MSI). When I click on it, it’s being redirected to a URL named as ‘beqom’ inside which there’s literally nothing updated. Is this a sign ?
My manager told me that I’ll be receiving a mail by October 15th if I’m eligible for MSI. If not, there’s nothing we can do 🥹 any comments on this anyone ?
I think no one knows the timelines when MSI would be out. Even our respective HRBP also don’t know with 100% certainty. It leaves employees with no option other than to wait.
Same here for me, I can see the MSI folder, but nothing inside
The one who got the option for MSI app then he/she will get the hike. Same thing happened last year.
