Never transfer to my base location in TCS! 😞

Recently I talk to the lead for release from project but clearly told me that he will never released now or in future. After that I will talk with my HR for this , then they told me that tcs policy is updated and you will need to complete 36 months in a project, but that based on business requirements we will release you ..

I also talk that can I work from nearness work location from home city but clearly denied and said that there is no project related odc there hence we not allowed you , I'm completed 15 months as per now.

What should I do now 😔?

Stop working from office. 2. Go to home and wfh. 3. Deny the questions or threats if they ask you to come office. 4. Continue your deliverables and start upskilling yourself 5. Cookup some story that youre sick or your mom is sick.6. parallely search for a job. 7. Send a resignation notice mail to manager and hr in cc. 8. You'll be either released to bench or tortured till last working date 9. Update in naukri that you are on notice and below 30 days. Search and move out of this place.

I am released from proj just after 4months in project, there is no such role
Just simply take more leaves and delay the work u get to do that's it, act like dumb u don't know anything about work
They will only release u

Even i have just faced the same thing when reporting to RMG asking to serve a min 3 years at base to get transfer...where they said min 2 years of min experience is enough irrespective of the location currently iam assigned with..Is there any way to get rid of this in getting transfer..
