Never responding HR

I have dropped papers and since Im in bench I have asked for early release but the HR are least bothered even to open up email written to them nor responding to any teams message Please tell me what do i need to do

Just write a follow up email and mention that if they do not reply within two days you will assume they are in agreement for early release and proceed accordingly. On that date thank them for accepting your request and do what you need to. For any later escalation these emails will be helpful. Keep records & keep things formal.

You should also enable 'read receipt ' on your emails

RMG and HR almost never respond you until and unless they are told by thier supervisor. They always expect you to waste your time and money to go and meet and greet them in person.

If you want early release you can go talk to your RMG .. since you are on bench.. he will be more than happy to let you go... He will do all the formalities from your end just send him a resignation email cc Hr..

Put HR boss in cc else put the CEO in cc directly. On spot release you will get. Just make sure the email is formal enough 😁
