Never released !
Recently I have completed almost 1.4 years and I have talk to my Team Lead and Tower Lead for release ,I my team lead agreed , suggest me to talk with your Tower Lead , I talk but my Tower Lead clearly called that I never released 2 years or after 2 years. Also When I will mention that as per HR policy after 2 year release possible, but they clearly told me I never released you . They told me to connect with HR. I already contacted with HR they suggested me to complete 2 years , then ask again . Is there any chances that after 2 years they give me release? Also please give your point of view what should I do now ?
Believe me switch the company. I stuck in same account for 4 years
Now you asked for release if you stay with project for this year you will get poor rating so better get release this year
Stop working, stop give importance to work. They will release you. Make them believe that you are the black sheep in your team.
No one can stop you from release.. but you have to do do or die fight
