What is the length of the notice period in Neosoft? Also, is the notice period different for junior and senior-level employees? I cannot reach out to the HR department because I don’t want to alert them that I am planing to switch. Any help would be appreciated.
The notice period will be mentioned in your offer letter; it is mandatory to mention this information. Generally, for junior roles, the notice period is 1 month, and for senior roles, it is 90 days.
You don’t have to ask the HR. Just ask your colleagues. They might have an idea.
