Negotiations with pwc ac

I'm a senior consultant with Deloitte USI, in risk and controls domain.

Yoe- 7 years Fixed - 21 lpa + 10% bonus

Cleared all rounds of interviews with pwc ac. How much should I ask for ? Considering I'll get atleast 10-15% hike in May end also in deloitte.

They won't go over their budget. I got around 20% hike only just 1 month back. After review, I come to know I may land up in similar CTC in Deloitte as my ratings are good. Unless you are getting a 40-50% increase in your base CTC, there is no point to make a switch.
