Trending @Accenture; Negotiations after resignation

Hi guys,

I am in a notice period currently, have a offer from a company where I need to join on 19th of January. But my NP last date is on Feb 28 and Accenture is not ready to release me early which makes the joining of 19th impossible.

As part of negotiation manager promised to provide 30 percent hike with promotion + retention bonus. Instead I asked for an on-site opportunity where he told US on-site is not possible because of H1B issue(my client is US based). I told I am okay if it’s Europe also.

My techstack: Data Engineer(Databricks) level 11( 4years exp)

My question is,

1. Is it possible to get a new project from on-site/ getting a on-site
2. Which all clients in Accenture provides onsite(which you are aware of)
