Trending @Capgemini; Negotiation in switching after 3+ yoe

I had given an interview for a startup. Which didn't go well as interviewer also suggested to work more on hands on. Still I made it to HR round and now how should I negotiate better as I am feeling they would be offering based on my performance in technical round.
