Negotiation in last 15 Days!

Hello all I am currently holding two offers with 15-20 days left to join. Both offers are for 20LPA but company A is giving 20k USD Stocks over 4 years and company B is giving 2.5 LPA variable pay. How should I negotiate such that I am able to get the best possible compensation? I slightly prefer Company A over B.
