Trending @Accenture; Negotiation for a loaned resource (me)

I am a loaned resource of SAP on an infra client project. I would like to know if there will be any negotiation possible if I have an offer letter in hand and will my offer be honoured even if I am a loaned resource. This question has been lingering in my mind for quite some time now.
