Negotiation and Suggestion

Hi Guys,

I have two offers. Which one is better overall. I am inclined towards Capgemini more.

Capgemini- 21 LPA (Senior Consultant C1) Wipro - 22LPA + 1L joining bonus (Senior Software Engineer B2)

Yoe- 5.5 Tech - Java backend

And will Capgemini change the offer if I provide the counter offer or will they revert the offer?

Please suggest.
