22dNegotiating offer at TCS
I have been selected at tcs , experience 3.7 year. At first I asked for 45 percent hike, but now they are giving me 34 percent. They have sent the salary breakup and asked me to send a mail accepting the offer as have verbally excepted. Is this a decent hike?

34% is way too less compared to the current market.

Yes but hr said she has not got approval from higher management for 45 percent hike, as that is way too high for tcs salary structure
