Hi folks! I have 20 days of earned leave. Can I try reducing my notice period by trading my leaves In? Has anyone tried that here? If yes, how has the outcome been? In case it's doable I'm not planning to take any leave this holiday season 🥲

Yes, you can trade leaves to reduce notice period. done it myself.

How many days they have reduced?. Actually I have 45+ EL still manager is not agreeing to reduce my notice period by 4 days
