Negotiating a Better Compensation Package After Accepting an Offer While Still Interested in Joining

I have accepted an offer from TCS, but I feel that the compensation package offered is quite low. If I reach out to HR, is there a possibility they would reconsider and revise my CTC?

Alternatively, if I secure another offer from a different company and use it to negotiate with TCS, would they be open to offering a better package?

I am genuinely interested in joining TCS, but I am not satisfied with the current compensation.

What would be the best course of action in this situation?

It doesn’t work like that, you need to have another offer in hand and then only they will consider that, otherwise they will think like- “WHAT!! Is that some joke!”
So You get an offer letter, and then ask them to give 10-20% more on that. And that too you should do only if you are willing to let go off tcs offer if they don’t give what you ask.

10-20% on current TCs offer or the new offer?

Assume , I have an offer from TCS for 13Lpa and new offer in hand at 15 lpa. I should negotiate for 10-20 percent from 15 LPa in TCS ? Or from 13 LPA ?

Negotiate if you're ready to lose, if the team, ppl r good then join the org, a few bucks here n there doesn't matter.

You need another offer . Compensation letter of another company offer needs to be send to TCS and then they will match or increase

It won't happen verbally
