Negotiate Salary in Capgemini Invent D1 band

Hi, I recently interviewed for a GenAI manager role at Capgemini invent and I'm right now wanting to negotiate Salary.

My current ctc is 23.5 LPA(9Yoe, i know it's less than market standards)

How much can I quote if I want a salary bump? Can i quote 45LPA as I've seen on Glassdoor about the salary ranges of D1 band.
