Is there a way I can reduce my notice period of 90 days ?
It's been just 8 months since I joined TCS.
I am getting an offer letter from zs associates with a 60% hike.
I am in the Techss unit, will they allow me to take the buyout option ?

If you get early release from project and get on bench, you can negotiate with rmg regarding buyout.

They wont come out and say it out right. Logically from business perspective why would a company keep an employee on bench with pay. Once you are released from your project, you have to discuss the buyout/less notice period option with rmg.
