Can anyone pls provide any information regarding Negative Leave Balance. How much will be deducted from payroll.

Total earned leave of 2025 minus (total leave deducted because of not adhering to hybrid policy plus total leaves taken till now in 2025 ) — if this is negative, then payroll deduction would have occurred, if positive then no payroll deduction would have occurred.
