Trending @Accenture; Negative feedback received, need help

Hi all, today i received feedback from a manager(X) that I never had a chat with.

Context: i was shadow locked to a project, so in order to know about the role i dropped mail to the DU, he told me to reach out to the project manager(Y). I did reach out to her, she said she will schedule a meeting with the team but she never did.

Fast forward to today, i received feedback from the manager (X) saying, i was released because i refused to take cross skill training which in fact nobody asked me to do when i was shadow locked to that project.

Nobody even reached out to me asking if i want to get any cross skill training and the manager(Y) never responded to my mail.

Currently I'm shadow locked to another project and working there, will this feedback have any impact? And what can i do in this case?
