Hi someone help me here... I am in a scenerio where I am getting rolled off from my current project and I dropped my papers... My manager gave me negative feedback post 3 days after that... Saying that I had lot of dependencies and kt not properly provided documentation not provided consistent delays in my work etc... She vented out everything in workday... I agree to her to some extent that there were delayed from my side due to laptop issues ( hardware issue for about 1 week) which she very much aware and I was not able to process for temporary... Also there were expectations that I have to complete and new implementation and testing support within the roll off which was post my Christmas vacation.. Within 3 days or something... Which I find it unrealistic. I am a type of person who generally come for work do my work peacefully and leave... I don't usually put down some 17 mails to show off that I am working... But this project may be expect me to do document everything for tracking purpose etc. Please suggest me do I need to explain and defend the negative feedback or remain silent. I haven't received any negative feedback before in any of other projects before in my 6 years of career. Never seen this kind of abrupt comments.. I don't even know how to respond or defend myself... Please someone help

You should definitely challenge that. An official feedback in Workday, that too when you are on notice can impact in multiple ways. You could end up with an IP rating if it’s closer to any performance review cycle and this could also impact any future background checks. Regardless of all this, if you don’t agree to the feedback and have documentation to prove things otherwise, you should reach out to your manager and HRPA.

Thanks for suggestion. I had a one on one with her today... I explained my points.. She also put hers.. That she is very disappointed with the way I worked etc etc... At the end she mentioned please take it as my genuine review positively.. Good for your future etc... Can I consider it to be good sign or not sure how to take it.. But I spoke whatever comes to my mind.. With my knowledge I have given my best and contributed and I am not sure how it's visible in the team.... I am really finding it difficult to work in this kind of team and culture... Thanks to God that I got a offer.. Thank you so much for the suggestion really appreciate it thanks
